Guard

“Guard” follows a lifeguard coping with the aftermath of a drowning she was unable to prevent. Now withdrawn and silent among her peers, she continues to return to the pool, confronting PTSD, anxiety, and panic attacks in an effort to reclaim a sense of control and responsibility. The film observes her in stillness and isolation, where even inaction carries weight.​
